Interpretation and Definitions
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. No Personal Data of any minors in our Service or Programmes that are collected will be distributed without explicit consent from a parent or guardian. The minors in Our Programmes – aged 14 – 17- will not have their Image distributed on Social Media or through any Public Relations without the explicit consent of a Parent or Guardian.
We – South African Climate Action Network – will take all precautions within our powers to ensure the safety of the minors in our Services and Programmes. If at any time a parent or guardian retracts consent of Image use or any Personal Data of the minor in question, they need only contact Us and make the request.
